I am 21 and from England. I am interested in what young people have to say about cambodia today. Tell me about your culture...music, education, pass times, where do you go to have fun, what is bad in your lives, what is good!? I will be in Cambodia in January. I would like to meet young people like you! Have a look at my blog and leave some messages! Thanks!

Nice hearing from you funkwart.i'm Nareth 18,Cambodian.i'm glad you ask about Cambodia.Cambodia is a small country located in Asia.Cambodian people not shackhand each other,we just say Chhomreapsu and take our both hand up like Sompeah.i'm sorry i don't know how to write in English.i'm poor at it.When Cambodian join the ceremany always dresses Pamoung,Hole that are our tranditional clothes... talk about Music-Khmer has many kind of music like Propeyney when anyone gets married...and education is low down.i'm worried about it too that our government is poor.it has no quality.

Well i alway check the Internet, have dicuss group with youth in Battambang,go for walk.the best place for me is going to Field,Mountain, temple and siting infront of the computer but i don't have for my own.Everything is good for me, i like the world !

Good that you come to visit Cambodia,You will see our beautiful temples.Come to Battambang, you will see our young people.

Nareth, as I read your post my eyes fill with tears. I am so touched by the Khmer people and how hopeful and encouraged you are for the promise of change and growth in your country. It does not matter how little you have or how much you have...the Khmer people seem to always be happy and grateful for what they do have. I wish the American people, including myself could be more like you! Thanks for sharing about your country. I love your country and the people and hope to return again soon.
